Gearsmith Workshop

Gearsmith Workshop is a satisfying little sim about running a repair shop. Customers drop off broken gadgets, you take them apart, fix or replace parts, and put them back together — with a nice tactile drag-and-drop interface. As you earn, you expand the workshop and unlock trickier jobs.

The loop is genuinely relaxing, and there's just enough management to keep your brain engaged without stress. Everything is local, so it's a perfect offline pick-up game. I liked that it never nags you to hurry.

It can get a touch repetitive if you binge it, but in small doses it's exactly the calm, hands-on sim I wanted on my phone.
